WHAT IS A SECONDARY PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION?
It is a nongovernmental document that can be used for identification, membership, employment card or wherever it is accepted.

You will receive a plastic card with your photo, name, address and other personal information that will help you identify yourself.
CAN YOU APPLY FOR ANY STATE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Yes. Secondary personal identification can be issued from any state in the United States including Puerto Rico.
